Monday thru Thursday

Kick start your winter training with this short, fun session that focuses primarily on moving your body and establishing good habits for the indoor season ahead. Athletes will train in a variety of ways, including on the erg and through strength and stability work. We will also introduce different cross training opportunities, to help athletes stay active without the pressures of traditional winter training.

Athletes from both the Middle School and High School teams are welcome to participate in the Holiday Challenge. We also welcome athletes from other programs that don’t offer a winter training option of their own.
